Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carl Zeiss 608095-9001-0102 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vaisala products, including obsoleted and phased-out U-technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vdo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vaisala such as the HMT141E24B5104H5516080170 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UPD2450W4S manufactured by U-technology and we are pleased to be able to service most U-technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T77410P by Manufacturer Vdo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Metso-Automation Brand IOP1164W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varian such as 44P0506 equipment made by Varian have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varian products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varian" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4121GCE by Vanzetti and 44P0506 spares by Varian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
